My whole life, I didn’t realize how dysregulated my nervous system was.

I was doing all the “right” things: working hard, pushing through stress, trying to stay positive, but underneath it all my body never truly felt safe. I lived in a constant state of tension, overwhelm, and fatigue without understanding why.

Learning how to regulate my nervous system changed everything.

Instead of forcing myself to cope, I began listening to my body. I started using simple, body-based practices that helped me feel calmer, more grounded, and supported throughout the day. Over time, those small shifts created real, lasting change.

I created this Guide to share the practices I return to again and again. The ones that help me regulate, reconnect, and come back to a sense of safety when life feels overwhelming.
